1. Who this applies to
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the Mahaparv Technologies LLP website, engages our services, or uses a system that we develop, host or operate. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Where you provide access to a system we deliver to your own staff, customers or users, you are responsible for ensuring that their use also complies with this policy.
2. General expectations
Use our website, services and systems lawfully, honestly and in a way that does not harm others, does not damage the systems concerned, and does not interfere with anyone else's use of them.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not use our website, services or any system we provide to:

4. Content restrictions
You must not upload, store or transmit through a system we provide any content that is obscene, sexually exploitative, promotes violence or hatred, promotes illegal activity, contains malicious code, or that you do not have the right to use. Where a system we build stores content submitted by your users, you are responsible for having appropriate moderation and reporting mechanisms in place.
5. Security and system integrity
You must not:

6. Communication and messaging
Where a system we build includes email, SMS, WhatsApp or other messaging capability, you must use it in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the service provider concerned. In particular, you must not send unsolicited bulk commercial messages, must honour opt-out requests, must not send messages to numbers registered on applicable do-not-disturb registries where restrictions apply, and must not use messaging to deceive recipients.
7. Use of AI features
Where a solution includes AI-assisted features, you must not use them to generate unlawful content, to impersonate real individuals, to produce deliberately misleading material, or to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before it is published, sent to a customer or acted upon.
8. Fair use of resources
Where we provide hosting, infrastructure or API access as part of a service, resources are provided for the reasonable operation of the agreed solution. Usage that materially exceeds the agreed levels, or that adversely affects other users or the stability of shared infrastructure, may require a revised commercial arrangement. We will discuss this with you before taking any action that affects your service.
9. Reporting a violation
If you believe that someone is using our website, services or a system we operate in breach of this policy, report it to support@mahaparvtechonologies.com with the subject line "Acceptable Use Report", including the details of what you have observed and any supporting evidence.
10. Enforcement
Where we become aware of a breach of this policy, we may investigate and take action proportionate to the circumstances, including asking you to stop the activity, restricting or suspending access, removing offending content, terminating an engagement in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and reporting the matter to the appropriate authority where required by law.
Wherever it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will notify you before taking action and give you an opportunity to remedy the issue. Immediate action may be taken where there is a serious security risk, a legal requirement, or a risk of harm to others.
