AI that works with your business

We build AI-powered systems around business workflows — reading the documents your staff currently retype, answering the questions they currently repeat, and drafting the messages they currently write one by one. AI is applied to specific tasks with measurable time savings, not added as a label.

Our Position

AI is a capability, not a strategy

A business does not need AI. It needs fewer hours spent on repetitive work, faster answers for customers, and information that can be found when it is required. AI is one of the tools that can deliver those things — often alongside plain automation, a better data structure or a simpler screen.

Before proposing an AI feature we ask three questions: which specific task does it replace, how will we know it is working, and what happens when it is wrong. If those questions do not have good answers, we recommend something else.

In practice, AI works best on top of a system where the data is already organised. That is why our AI work usually accompanies a digitization or automation project rather than standing alone.

What we tell every client about AI

  • AI output needs review. Systems we build keep a person in the loop for anything with financial, legal or customer-facing consequences.
  • It can be wrong. AI models can produce confident but incorrect results; we design for that rather than pretend otherwise.
  • Data handling is explicit. Which data goes to which service is documented and agreed before we build.
  • Third-party services have their own terms. Where an AI provider's service is used, its availability, limits and pricing are outside our control.
  • Not everything needs AI. Where a simple rule works better, we use the simple rule.
Capabilities

AI services we build

Each of these can be built as a standalone system or added to software you already run.

AI Business Assistants

An assistant that works with your own business data — answering staff questions about records, drafting responses and summarising what happened this week.

Conversational AI

Chat interfaces on a website, portal or messaging channel that understand ordinary questions and respond using approved information.

AI-powered Customer Support

Handling routine enquiries automatically — order status, service details, common questions — with clean escalation to a person when required.

Document Processing

Reading invoices, forms, receipts and scanned paperwork so their contents enter your system without being typed again.

Data Extraction

Pulling structured fields out of unstructured sources — emails, PDFs, messages — and validating them before they are saved.

Intelligent Search

Search across your documents and records that understands meaning rather than requiring the exact keyword.

Workflow Automation

AI-assisted steps inside a business process — classifying enquiries, routing them to the right person and preparing a draft response.

AI API Integration

Connecting established AI services into your existing applications, with sensible limits, logging and cost control.

AI-powered Business Applications

Complete applications where AI is part of the core workflow rather than an add-on feature.

Multi-language Business Interfaces

Business communication and interfaces designed to work in English, Hindi and Marathi where that suits your customers and staff.

Language

Built for how your customers actually write

Business in India rarely happens in one language. A customer may send an enquiry in Marathi, a supplier may write in Hindi, and the invoice may need to be in English.

AI solutions can be designed to handle business communication and workflows in languages such as English, Hindi and Marathi where that is appropriate for your customers — for example understanding an enquiry written in Marathi, or drafting a reply in the same language the customer used.

Language support is agreed per project. We test the specific languages a system needs to handle rather than assuming every language works equally well.

Example workflow

An enquiry, handled end to end

  1. Enquiry arrives

A customer message comes in through the website form or a messaging channel, written in everyday language.

  2. Understood and classified

The system identifies what is being asked, extracts the customer details and tags the enquiry type.

  3. Recorded and routed

A record is created against the customer and assigned to the right person, with the required follow-up date.

  4. Draft reply prepared

A response is drafted using approved information — and a person reviews it before it is sent.

Getting Started

A sensible way to begin

We prefer to prove value on one task before extending AI across a business.

01

Pick one task

Choose a repetitive task with a clear cost in hours — typing invoices, answering the same five questions, sorting enquiries.

02

Define what good looks like

Agree in advance what accuracy is acceptable and how the result will be checked.

03

Build a limited version

A small, working implementation on your real data, kept deliberately narrow in scope.

04

Measure, then extend

If it saves the time it was supposed to, extend it. If it does not, we say so and stop.

Tell us which task is eating the most time

We will tell you plainly whether AI is the right tool for it, what a first version would involve, and what it would realistically achieve.
