Raising a Matter

How to raise a support request or grievance

Send an email to support@mahaparvtechonologies.com using one of these subject lines, so that it reaches the right queue:

  • "Support Request" — a technical issue or question about a system we built
  • "Billing Query" — an invoice, payment or account question
  • "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request" — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • "Privacy Request" — a question about your data, per our Privacy Policy
  • "Grievance" — a complaint about our service, conduct or a decision we have taken

Please include

  • Your name and business or organisation name
  • A contact number and email address
  • The project, service or subscription concerned
  • Invoice number or payment reference, if relevant
  • A clear description of the issue, with dates
  • Screenshots or documents, where they help

Please do not include passwords, one-time passwords, complete card numbers or banking credentials in any message to us. We will never ask you for them.

What to Expect

Our response commitments

These are the timelines we work to for matters raised through the channels above. Where a signed support agreement specifies different response times, that agreement applies.

01

Acknowledgement

We acknowledge receipt within three (3) working days, confirming what we have understood and what we need from you.

02

Review

We examine the matter, check records and, where relevant, investigate the system concerned.

03

Response

We respond with our findings and proposed resolution, normally within seven (7) working days of receiving complete information.

04

Closure

Once the matter is resolved, we confirm the outcome in writing so that there is a clear record for both sides.

If a matter takes longer

Some issues — particularly those involving third-party providers, banks or payment gateways — take longer to resolve than the timelines above. Where that happens, we tell you why, what we are waiting for, and when we will next update you. You will not be left without a response.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied

We would rather resolve a problem directly than have it become a dispute. If the response you receive does not resolve the matter, escalate it using the steps alongside.

Nothing on this page restricts any right or remedy available to you under applicable Indian law.

  1. Reply on the same email thread

Respond to our reply explaining what remains unresolved. Keeping it on one thread preserves the full history of the matter.

  2. Send a formal grievance

Write to support@mahaparvtechonologies.com with the subject line "Grievance — Escalation", referring to the earlier correspondence. Escalated grievances are reviewed by the designated grievance contact of Mahaparv Technologies LLP.

  3. Written notice to the registered office

Where you wish to place a matter formally on record, send written correspondence to our registered office address, marked for the attention of the Designated Partners.

  4. Dispute resolution

If the matter still cannot be resolved, the dispute resolution and governing law provisions in our Terms & Conditions apply.
