Intellectual Property Policy

1. Website content

All content on this website — including text, page structure, layout, design, graphics, illustrations, interface mockups, source code and their arrangement — is owned by Mahaparv Technologies LLP or used with permission, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages of this website for your own reference and business evaluation. You may not republish, reproduce substantial parts, sell, or present our content as your own without our prior written permission. Quoting a short extract with clear attribution and a link to the source page is permitted.

2. Brands and trade names

"Mahaparv Technologies", "Mahaparv Technologies LLP", "UdyogPortal", the Mahaparv logo and any related names, marks and designs used on this website are the property of Mahaparv Technologies LLP.

You must not use these names or marks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or partnership without our written consent, register them or confusingly similar marks, or use them in a domain name, application name or business name.

3. Client deliverables

For a custom development engagement, unless the applicable agreement states otherwise:

• Rights in the bespoke deliverables created specifically for the client under that engagement transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment for the engagement
• Until full payment is received, all rights remain with Mahaparv Technologies LLP and the client's use of the deliverable is a limited, revocable permission for testing and review
• Transfer of rights covers the custom application code, custom designs and documentation created for that engagement
• Transfer does not extend to our background technology, reusable components, tools or third-party and open-source materials, which are dealt with below

4. Background technology and reusable components

We use internal frameworks, libraries, templates, utilities, architectural patterns and know-how developed before or independently of a particular engagement. These remain the property of Mahaparv Technologies LLP.

Where such components are incorporated into a client deliverable, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, operate and modify them as part of the delivered solution. That licence does not permit extracting the components for resale or distribution as a separate product.

Nothing prevents us from using the general skills, experience, techniques and know-how gained during an engagement in other work, provided no client confidential information or client-specific material is used.

5. Open-source and third-party components

Solutions we build commonly include open-source or licensed third-party components. Those components remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licences.

We select components with licences appropriate to the intended use, and where an engagement requires it we provide a list of the third-party components used and their licences. Where a third-party component requires a commercial licence, that cost is identified separately and is payable by the client.

6. Material provided by clients

Content, data, logos, brand assets, documents and other materials that a client provides remain the property of that client. We use them only for the purposes of the engagement.

By providing such material, the client confirms that it has the right to do so and that our use of it for the engagement will not infringe the rights of any third party. Clients indemnify us against claims arising from material they supplied, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Our own products

UdyogPortal and any other product developed by Mahaparv Technologies LLP, including its source code, design, database structure, documentation and brand, are and remain our property. Customers of such products receive a licence to use the product on the terms applicable to that product, and do not acquire ownership of it.

Business data entered into such a product by a customer remains that customer's data. Its handling is described in our Privacy Policy and in the applicable product terms.

8. AI-generated output

Where a solution includes AI-assisted features, output generated by those features for a client through their normal use of the system is treated as belonging to that client, subject to the terms of the underlying AI service provider.

Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated output can depend on the AI provider's terms and on applicable law, which continue to develop. Where this is material to an engagement, we identify the relevant provider terms during the design stage.

9. Portfolio and references

We may wish to describe work we have carried out — for example the type of solution built and the technologies used — for portfolio purposes. We will not identify a client by name, publish screenshots of a client system, or disclose confidential details without that client's prior written permission.

10. Reporting infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. If you believe that content on this website, or material within a system we operate, infringes your intellectual property rights, write to support@mahaparvtechonologies.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Notice", including:

• Your name, organisation and contact details
• A description of the work you claim has been infringed and evidence of your rights in it
• The exact location (page address) of the material you are complaining about
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

We acknowledge such notices within three (3) working days and investigate promptly. Where a complaint is substantiated, we remove or correct the material concerned.
