Customer Management
Customer records, contact details, history of transactions and interactions in one searchable place.
In development
Alongside client projects, Mahaparv Technologies LLP develops its own software products. Our current focus is UdyogPortal — a platform for businesses that want their daily operations in one connected system instead of spread across books, spreadsheets and chat messages.
Bring Your Business Online.
UdyogPortal is a business digitization platform being developed by Mahaparv Technologies LLP. It is designed to hold the everyday records of a business — customers, products, invoices, activity and communication — in one place, with automation and AI assistance layered on top.
The idea is simple: a business should not need five separate tools and three registers to answer questions like who owes us money, what did this customer buy last time or which follow-ups are pending today.
Development status
UdyogPortal is under active development. The capabilities listed on this page describe what the platform is being built to do. Each one is labelled with its current status, and we will not describe a module as available until it genuinely is. Availability, plans and commercial terms will be published on this website when the platform is released.

Each capability below is a planned module of the platform. Status labels tell you exactly where it stands today — nothing here is described as live.

UdyogPortal is being built module by module rather than released as one large launch. The order is deliberate: the records a business cannot operate without come first, followed by communication, automation and AI assistance on top of that foundation.
We would rather ship a small number of modules that work reliably than a long feature list that mostly half-works.
Customers, products, invoices and business records — the base every other module depends on.
Dashboards and reports so owners can see the position of the business without asking anyone.
Customer messaging and notifications, recorded against the customer they relate to.
Routine work handled automatically, with AI assistance where it measurably saves time.
If you have a software product idea — a platform for your industry, a subscription tool, an internal system worth commercialising — we can take it from requirement to a working product, and continue to develop it with you.
