Service Delivery Policy
Mahaparv Technologies LLP provides software and digital services. This page explains exactly how those services are delivered, when delivery is considered complete, and what happens afterwards.
In short
Mahaparv Technologies LLP sells software development and technology services, not physical goods. Everything we deliver is delivered electronically. There is no courier, no shipment, no tracking number and no delivery charge.
1. No physical shipping
We provide digital services rather than physical products. Accordingly, no physical shipping, courier or postal delivery is involved in our services, and no shipping charges apply.
If a particular engagement exceptionally requires physical material — for example printed documentation, signed contract copies or hardware procured at your specific request — that arrangement, its cost and its timeline are agreed with you in writing in advance and do not form part of our standard service.
2. How services are delivered
Software, digital deliverables and services are delivered through agreed digital channels. Depending on the engagement, these may include:
- Deployment to a live environment — the application is installed and made available on your hosting account, your cloud environment, or hosting arranged through us
- Access credentials — user accounts, administrator logins and a website or application address sent to your registered email
- Source code and project files — provided through a repository, a secure link or an agreed transfer method, where the engagement includes code handover
- Documents and design files — requirement documents, designs, reports and handover notes sent by email or shared through an agreed platform
- Mobile applications — delivered as an installable build file, or published to an app store using your developer account, subject to that store's own review process and timelines
- Training and knowledge transfer — conducted online, or at your premises where separately agreed
Delivery is made to the email address, account or platform nominated by you. It is your responsibility to keep those details current and accessible.
3. Custom software delivery
Custom software delivery follows the agreed project scope and milestones. For each engagement, the proposal or agreement states what will be delivered, in how many stages, and what each stage includes.
A typical delivery sequence is:
- Requirement document and scope confirmation shared for your approval
- Design and screen layouts shared for review
- Development milestones made available in a test environment for your review
- Final build deployed to the agreed live environment
- Accounts, roles and initial data configured
- Training and handover documentation provided
4. Milestones and acceptance
A deliverable is considered delivered when it has been deployed, shared or otherwise made available to you through the agreed channel, and you have been notified.
You will review each delivery within the period stated in the applicable agreement, or within seven (7) working days where no period is stated. A deliverable is treated as accepted if you confirm acceptance, if no defect is reported within the review period, or if it is put into commercial use. Defects reported within the review period that fall within the agreed scope are corrected without additional charge.
5. Delivery timelines
Timelines depend on the scope of the project. A one-screen tool, a website, a mobile application and a multi-module business platform are not comparable, and we do not publish a single standard delivery period.
Every proposal states an estimated timeline for the specific scope quoted, expressed in working days or weeks from the agreed start date. Those estimates are prepared in good faith and assume that the inputs, content, approvals and access described in the proposal are provided on time.
Where a delivery date is at risk, we tell you as soon as we know, along with the reason and a revised date — not after the date has passed.
6. Subscription and hosted service activation
Where a service is provided on a subscription basis, access is activated electronically after the applicable payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
- Activation is normally completed within one (1) working day of payment confirmation, unless a longer period is stated at the time of purchase
- Login details and access instructions are sent to the registered email address
- Where a subscription requires configuration or data setup before use, the expected setup period is communicated to you
- Renewals continue access without interruption for as long as payments are current
Please note that UdyogPortal is currently under development and is not yet generally available for subscription. Availability will be announced on this website.
7. Consulting, support and maintenance
Consulting sessions are delivered online or, where agreed, in person, at times scheduled with you. Reports and recommendations arising from consulting work are delivered electronically.
Maintenance and support services are delivered continuously over the agreed period through the support channels stated in the agreement. Response and resolution expectations, where committed, are set out in that agreement.
8. Delays and dependencies
Delivery timelines depend on both parties. Common causes of delay include content, data, approvals or access not being provided on time, additional requirements raised after scope approval, and issues within third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways or app store review processes.
Where a delay is caused by such a dependency, the delivery timeline is extended by a corresponding period. Where a delay is attributable to us, we inform you promptly, explain the position and agree a revised schedule.
9. After delivery
Each engagement includes a post-delivery support period as stated in the applicable agreement, during which defects within the agreed scope are corrected without additional charge. Enhancements, new features and changes requested after acceptance are treated as change requests and quoted separately.
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, hosting management and enhancement work can be arranged under a separate support agreement.
10. If a delivery does not reach you
If you have not received an expected delivery, access credentials or activation, please contact us at support@mahaparvtechonologies.com or 8668695778. Please check your spam or junk folder first, as automated messages containing links and credentials are sometimes filtered.
We will verify the delivery, re-send the details or re-deploy as required, at no additional cost where the issue was not caused by incorrect details supplied to us.
